General Reunion Weekend Information

  • Registration

    Reservations may be made online or by mailing in the registration form in the Reunion Weekend brochure which is mailed out to all alumni. 

    Registration will open in the spring for the 2018 Reunion Weekend.

    Confirmation

    When registering online, you will receive a confirmation of your registration via email. Please be sure to include your preferred email address if submitting registration via fax or mail. No confirmation or registration documents are mailed. Registration packets must be picked up on campus on Friday and/or Saturday.

    Modifications

    Modifications to your registration can be made by calling the Office of Alumni Relations at 718-862-7432.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Refunds can be made with advance notice of cancellation. Cancellation after the deadline may result in the forfeiture of any payment.

  • Suggested Attire

    Given the usually warm summer temperatures, we recommend dressing for comfort. The weekend is generally casual though many guests dress in business attire for class receptions, Mass and Saturday's Celebration Dinner.

  • On-Campus Accommodations

    Complete the Reunion experience by staying on campus! 

    • Fresh linens, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided.
    • Hairdryers, irons and hangers are not available.
    • Rooms are suite-style and feature two bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
    • Each bedroom has at least two beds and all beds are single size.
    • Rooms are air-conditioned.
    • Friends may consider sharing a suite, and every attempt will be made to accommodate groups and classes.

    Rooms are $75 per person, per night or $120 per person for both nights. Accommodation is included if you select to register for a reunion weekend package.

  • Accessibility

    Manhattan's scenic campus is located atop a hill and has many staircases. However, the majority of buildings and facilities where events will be held are accessible via elevators and/or ramps. Elevators are located in Smith Auditorium/Chapel of De La Salle and His Brothers, Thomas Hall, O'Malley Library, Lee Hall and the Kelly Commons.

  • Parking & Directions

    Parking is available in various campus lots. Overnight guests are advised to park in the Draddy Gymnasium lot, which is closest to Lee Hall. Upon arrival, please visit the College's main guard booth and follow instructions set forth by security officials.

  • Barnes & Noble Bookstore

    During Reunion, the campus bookstore will be open to purchase Manhattan apparel and gifts. The store is located on the 2nd floor of the Raymond W. Kelly '63 Student Commons.

  • Fitness Center

    The new 5,215-square foot fitness center is located on the 3rd floor of the new Raymond W. Kelly '63 Student Commons. Registered Reunion guests are welcome to use the facility throughout the weekend.

  • 25th & 50th Anniversary Classes

    Special packages are available to those alumni celebrating 25th and 50th anniversaries. Silver and Golden Jaspers will receive anniversary medals at their respective class receptions.
