The Manhattan University Law Alumni Council is to serve as an ongoing resource for Jaspers in the legal community, to renew and strengthen relationships among alumni, the University and its students, and to raise the University's profile in the law industry. The goals of the Council reinforce Manhattan's founding Lasallian mission of providing opportunities to bright and deserving students, many of whom will be our future leaders in the field.
Programs sponsored by the Council bring together alumni, students, and friends of the University for an opportunity to network with their industry peers, get an update on the latest University developments, and hear about current topics that relate to the field of law.
The Council seeks to provide alumni with access to prominent speakers and leaders in the legal community. In addition, it provides resources for students and recent graduates of the University pursuing careers in related fields through affiliation with the St. Thomas More Law Society, the Office of Career Development, and with alumni at all levels and areas of the legal profession.
